This week was very interesting, but at the same time, it's very hard. We decided to disregard our project Pixcel, not because it's hard, but because one of our core members in the team was adopted by the other team. It's hard to lose someone who's full of potential when it comes to pitching. We don't have a choice but to come up with another startup project, but it's different. It's a one-way user only, which makes it simple because the user can just browse, choose, and start with the app. We made it, but it's hard to make a startup idea in only 3 days with a prototype. I'm also thankful to my teammates. I love you guys.

During this week, we're not able to attend the consultation meeting because our team is too busy. Yes, we tried, but it's too late. Instead of joining, our team decided to have a group meeting wherein we discussed our current project, which was the Pixcel. This project was giving us a lot of headaches because it's a two-way user. It's really hard to understand. Regardless, we still want to push it.

Their roles are different, but they have the same goal. It is to give a helping hand to aspiring entrepreneurs like me. Investors are a bit different because the government doesn't expect any return from the business they supported, but instead, they are hoping that the business they supported will help the community or the government. This also applies to those we call "Various Sectors".

When you heard the word "Partnership", you'll likely think that is about relationship. Well yes! It's about relationships, so what is Strategic Partnership? A strategic business partnership is a long-term business relationship focused on creating joint value for two or more organizations. While in the other hand we have Green Entrepreneurship, The term “Green entrepreneur” is the combination of entrepreneurship and the environment. A green entrepreneur consciously addresses an environmental or social problem/need through the understanding of entrepreneurial ideas. They penetrate the market by swapping conventional or traditional products.

What is Entrepreneurial Finance? Entrepreneurial finance is the study of value and resource allocation, applied to new ventures. It addresses key questions which challenge all entrepreneurs: how much money can and should be raised; when should it be raised and from whom; what is a reasonable valuation of the startup; and how should funding contracts and exit decisions be structured. So by understanding it, it's a method used in business wherein it helps entrepreneurs to start and support their idea wherein money also go with this method. In the other hand we have Venture Capital, Venture capital is a way of corporate financing by which a financial investor takes participation in the capital of a new or young private company in exchange for cash and strategic advice. Venture capital investors look for fast-growing companies with low leverage capacity and high-performing management teams.  During this week, we analyzed the data we gathered from our page. It shows that pixcel is an interesting app for them which will benefit them in the future. Many people are not into it but most of the people like me who's into photo manipulation or editing, sticks to this idea.

 During these past few days, we gathered some data regarding about our product. Our product is called pixcel, I'ts an app wherein you can find artist or find clients if you're an artist. Gathering data is very simple because many people are interested in investing their money and skills in our product. We finally realize the true value of our product and that's when we come up with the results of people engagement and people who tested our product.

 During this week, I finally understand the importance of BMC. What is BMC by the way? The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management template used for developing new business models and documenting existing ones. Once we apply this strategy, I'm pretty sure that my team will have a proper vision or we can say that the result we want is possible with this strategy.

Failed, we didn't make it. Our pitching presentation didn't go well. We thought are ideas and data we're enough but it's not. Our Instructor encourage us to validate more the problem of our users both artists and clients. What is the specific problem they encounter when finding clients/artists online. How's their experience? Those are some words our instructor told us. It's always in my head because I'm always late at everything but I'm trying my best to catch up and solve problems. So next week, our team should prepare for the final pitching. Hoping that he will approve our app. As of the moment, we're getting ready for a meeting wherein we'll discuss about everything.

I can say for this week is that it's been tough dealing with our app because we can't get any valuable insights from our users. We already asked our friends and also other people what are problems do they encounter when finding artists online but their answers are way to complex and similar. During the meeting earlier, we're not able to present for our user validations because two people of our group member had to go somewhere. So me and my remaining mate decided to answer and ask our Instructor in order to gather information which would help us to update our validations. We don't have enough data as of now in the afternoon but in the later evening we will talk about our validations. UPDATE-- We gather some insights from our potential app clients and artists. We updated our first powerpoint presentation and added information containing the date for our upcoming midterm exam next week which is the pitching.

During this week our team decided to talk to each other hoping that we can add some features in our app so that it could generate more money in the future. We assure that our potential users would benefit the service of our app. We have two users, the artist and the client. The artists seeking for job which will be rendered based on the client request. In the other hand, the client can be able to look for professional artists in the app and message them. In the past weeks, we have 4 in total app proposals but now, were focusing in the PicXel app trying our best to apply anything that would address the problem of the clients.

 It's been 4 weeks since we started knowing ourselves and forming a team to build a sustained start-up. We thought we're ready for everything but our ideas were not enough. During this week, we presented our ideas to our Instructor, it's lacking a lot of points which drive us to gather more insights. During this week we attended the week 4 lecture which is about "How to Talk to Users and Validating your Ideas" Although we already but presented but being said by our instructor that we need to gather insights and validate our ideas to our potential users.

 Have you ever encountered a situation wherein you need to sacrifice something in order to come up with the absolute answer? And yes our team (Syntax) did that, we sacrificed 2 projects for 1 project. Many would ask why but there's only one answer "FOR THE BETTER". We disregard the "Give me task" and "Gaming Hub" project ideas. First of all, we find it hard to validate users and the rate of competency in the market would be high. So in exchange, we added the USTP HUB, it's a new project idea we came up. It's feature is very unique and beneficiary for students. The ff. is the idea we came up and might be good for USTP students to help them. Starting an idea is easy to say, but without actions or no follow-ups for that idea, it could possibly discarded afterwards. That's the wort thing to do that saying words without actions done. In this 2nd week, we idealize about what project should we propose that is unique and anyone can benefit from it. We started in sharing our ideas to each other in text mode after that, we created a meeting which we discussed about the possible ups and downs that we might encounter with this project. To tell you honestly, were not that confident about the ideas we created but after we added some features for this and that project which is the reason we managed to overcome that problem. A time is a time that is connected to knowledge. It's been a tough road for us to reach this destination, It feels like yesterday when we start learning everything. When we were kids, we tend to enjoy rather than learn. As time past by, were old enough to understand everything what is happening in our surroundings which changes our way of acting and response to everything. The time will not change ourselves but the experience we got from when were young to being an adult this day changes ourselves.
