It's been 4 weeks since we started knowing ourselves and forming a team to build a sustained start-up. We thought we're ready for everything but our ideas were not enough. During this week, we presented our ideas to our Instructor, it's lacking a lot of points which drive us to gather more insights. During this week we attended the week 4 lecture which is about "How to Talk to Users and Validating your Ideas" Although we already but presented but being said by our instructor that we need to gather insights and validate our ideas to our potential users.
What is Entrepreneurial Finance? Entrepreneurial finance is the study of value and resource allocation, applied to new ventures. It addresses key questions which challenge all entrepreneurs: how much money can and should be raised; when should it be raised and from whom; what is a reasonable valuation of the startup; and how should funding contracts and exit decisions be structured. So by understanding it, it's a method used in business wherein it helps entrepreneurs to start and support their idea wherein money also go with this method. In the other hand we have Venture Capital, Venture capital is a way of corporate financing by which a financial investor takes participation in the capital of a new or young private company in exchange for cash and strategic advice.
